Returns & Exchanges

At Owala®, we want you to love your hydration gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all labels attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unused Owala products securely in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
